Mixed-Income Rental Housing

rban Homeworks is currently pursuing projects in north and south Minneapolis and the Frogtown Neighborhood of St. Paul. Urban Homeworks provides quality, dignified rental opportunities to low income families. In another unit in the same building, Urban Homeworks also places young professionals who commit to a year lease, 2-3 hours of community service each week at another local nonprofit, ministry, school or neighborhood organization and to learning about urban issues and how to respond as a good neighbor. Home Ownership

Developing dignified housing in impacted neighborhoods is much more than simply restoring the physical building to livable conditions. It’s about engaging the community in the process so that the restored asset is not only in property, but also in the lives of people. Below are homes that we currently have in development.
